Floor plans span one to five bedrooms, roughly 483 to 1,675 square feet, and they are tiered by floor: standard apartments on 2 through 7, "Skyline" units on 8 through 12, penthouses above that with direct access to the penthouse lounge and rooftop patio.
The Church St address puts class, South U food, and the Diag inside a couple of blocks. Sublets here go fast for exactly that reason, so it pays to have a saved search rather than to check in occasionally.
